CubeSmart is conveniently located next to us so we stopped in to check out prices. We were helped by Holly who was super friendly and welcoming when we first walked in. She went over various units in regards to size and what we would need it for, making sure to find us one that fit our needs and also at a great price. You can tell Holly takes pride in her work and is very knowledgeable of her job. She was very thorough going over everything in regards to how to get in, hours, and setting up an account. Highly recommend for others looking for a storage unit!

Holly was amazing to work with. I appreciated that she called and provided amazing customer service. It's rare for anyone to call you these days, so Holly really went above and beyond to take care of us! The storage facility is easy to use and my staff can easily access it. We're very happy with the price, the value, and Holly.

Shout out to Holly and the team over at Cube Smart storage in Stoneham, MA they are absolutely amazing when it comes to their assistance with helping me feel comfortable with storing with them after having so many bad experiences at storage places I appreciate this team and their professional and welcoming at the same time smiled at me when I came in the door. 😊I appreciate that at a time like this so many things in my mind then having to move. The only thing I am unhappy about here now is the truck no longer exist to make I all easier to move in. And now I have to make other arrangements which I cannot do both get the storage and rent the truck at this time fees are expensive everywhere. But thank you Cube Smart for assisting me. I had a great experience at the CubeSmart in Stoneham. Holly, the manager, is excellent. She took the time to explain the entire process to me, show me my unit, and answer all my questions. It's worth pursuing this site for storage for Holly alone, I would say, because she goes above and beyond in all aspects of her job. The site was clean and always had carts available to transport items. I eventually decided to close out my unit due to price hikes, but that's controlled by corporate, not by individual sites. When it was time for me to formally clean out my unit and close my account, she personally called me to explain the process and make sure I wouldn't be charged for extra time, which I greatly appreciated. I will certainly consider the CubeSmart in Stoneham in the future if Holly is still the manager.

Found myself like many people having to make a snap decision to get a storage facility as it came time to sell my parents house and then clean it out. Found my way to CubeSmart on a Saturday afternoon, where the office manager, Holly was very good and laying out the pricing in the available units as well as all of the bylaws and access times she made it a very smooth way to start renting a space.
