Greylock Storage has been easy to work with. They had the exact size storage I was looking for and the prices are very reasonable. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because their hours are inconvenient, especially for people who work. Only being open 4 hours on the weekends isn't helpful. This would be the only reason I might consider moving my storage.

A couple of times l over the years l was scammed and my card to pay for my storage unit was canceled but the people at Greylock helped me understood and worked with me ! Another time my car broke down and l needed my car the person I spoke with at Greylock said no problem you have been with us for over 6 n years you can make your payment over the next few months !
