Vivian was a life saver and a joy to work with in getting my unit set up. It would be a one or two star review without her coming to the rescue because there was a mixup in my reserved unit - someone else had apparently already put a lock on it even though I reserved it, calling in on the phone - they said that there were no more available units for me. Vivian was about to leave for the day and she was covering a shift for someone else who called out last minute. She pointed out that the info the folks on the phone had was wrong, helped me get into a unit, and try to help me price match as close as possible to the unit I had actually reserved. If she wasn't willing to stay after to help me, I would've been absolutely pissed and taken my business elsewhere.

Walking in not knowing what to expect after a not so easy time with customer service I was greeted with a warm smile and many apologies after I shared what happened. I was then taken through the process with patience and clarity. People use units for different reasons and oftentimes like today it can be very emotional for some of us and you were SO gracious.
