Spare foot description was inaccurate and so I had to change my booking day of but the customer service at Hudson plus was fantastic in meeting me in the middle on pricing and accommodating my needs

Great first time experience
The owner was incredibly helpful. We originally rented a locker that we thought was appropriate for our needs, but after touring the site, realized it was too small and went around all the units with us and helped us make the decision that fit our spacial as well as price need.

The weekend of September 26th I needed a uhaul truck , I'd just closed on my home here in Leominster, but my belongings were in Hudson, So I rented a truck out of Marlborough, moved my belongings, and returned the truck here in Leominster very near my new home, the entire process was fairly seamless. I would definitely do it again!
Zachary*IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD! So I had a unit here at the facility on the corner of Houghton St/School St. since 2023/2024 as I moved out of the area for a few bit. Well... Something happened with the roof where it collapsed and flooded my unit and the rest of the units in the rear of the facility. The crazy thing is the facility manager John, didn't even bother to contact me or the alternative number listed on my unit! He gave me the excuse that there WERE SUPPOSEDLY 2 DIFFERENT MIX UPS for my unit in the computer system and that's why they couldn't figure out who or how to contact me, and that my items were either lost, destroyed, or thrown away!!! Among furniture, kitchen goods, clothes, childhood and family photographs, company tools, and other utensils, I also had various small items of very high value that wouldn't necessarily be ruined from water damage as they were stored well in protective cases and sleeves. Items like antique coins, gold bullion, silver bullion, and some gold notes also sleeved. I believe these items to have been stolen when someone entered my unit to "assess" the damages. ALL of the items from my unit were gone, missing or thrown away after WHATEVER happened to their building! All I got back from of my items in the unit was a set of 4 custom chrome rims for my truck that were outside in the back parking lot with the chrome peeling off and oxidized from the water damage when I finally arrived to move my stuff out after relocating back to the area. RENTER BEWARE!! DO NOT RENT HERE!
Emily JessenI had a u-haul pick up reserved for 10am on a Saturday, their hours state 10am - 2pm on the website. We arrived a bit late, but the office was completely closed and locked. The door actually says 9am - 2pm on Saturdays. I called their number and got a call-center person who said they couldn't do anything other than "send them a message" asking why they were closed. We're on a schedule and have no truck. Another couple just pulled up as well, it's now 11am and they also have a truck reserved. This is terrible service and I would never rent from here again or recommend it to anyone else. Including a picture of the door with the hours and in the window, the empty office.
