Space is okay--process to get payment etc. has been insane
This is the cheapest unit I could find. It's relatively clean and move in was easy. However, the online process is really bad. I tried to create an account twice--and it never worked. I am now hearing they can't process my payment for month one even though they used the credit card fine for the initial down payment. I've tried to call, but the call won't go through. When I do talk to them they are lovely--but this has been far more complicated than it should be.

Been using All Purpose Storage for a few years now. Never have I had any real issues with. However today I did have a situation with my unit and needed help. Max the customer service rep that helped me was amazing! Made it very easy to correct my issue. It was done so with ease and understanding. I definitely recommend this storage business!
