Easy !
I did everything online ! Very convenient ! The place was so clean and smelled like fresh paint ! The only thing I would recommend is putting numbers on the doors for the units that are inside of the building .

This is probably the nicest location I have had.
Outstanding customer service
Karen kept in touch with us from the time we made a reservation until we checked in, even helping us when we encountered a delay. On the day of our arrival she was at the office and ready to assist. The storage unit itself is fantastic (covered and a wall behind and to the side) and the price is better than anywhere else.

This is just the layout of the place & does not reflect on the staff or the business. There are no customer service issues that I am aware of.
