Personnel were very friendly, polite and informative. When I question something they said, they responded in a polite tone, so I did not feel I was asking something stupid. You want me to give a true response no problem, but have to read a bunch of terms and agreement for you to post, seriously, not reading all the gobble de guek!!! You want the opinion

4/1/26 received a voice mail that there was an urgent matter in regards to my unit and for me to call. I called five times before i got an answer and then i was told my unit was broken into and i needed to make an appointment to see the damage or loss. First of all I should have been called more then one time, especially when i found out that the break in happened on 3/30/26. I left work immediately and went down to the unit, I was told the whole lock mechanism was ripped off the door - funny cause there was no damage to the door. They opened the unit and there was only one box that was gone through - no others were damaged or opened. I but a new lock on the door . The unit manager gave me a piece of paper to file a claim if i do notice that something is missing - NO APOLOGIES or offers to make it right. They acted like it was no big deal and were actually laughing about it and didn't care that i was upset. No explanation was given as to how the unit got broken into other than they took the door lock off - so this had to be done by someone that worked there - because how would they get through the gate. They would have had to know the code. Also when i asked if there was a video she said the police are handling it (clear cover up).
As someone else mentioned, most of the five star reviews are written by people who had only just recently started renting here. We started with a 10x30 unit at a reasonable price a little over a year ago. As we were moving in we started talking to someone who was moving out - they warned us that in about 2-3 months we should be expecting a price increase, and that they themselves had fought through several random price increases on their unit before they finally had enough. Sure enough, three months later our price jumped considerably, leading us to eventually downsize to a 10x20 in order to save money. We’ve been in this new unit for about 2 months now, and lo and behold we get a notice that our rate will be increasing, and will now be about as expensive as our original 10x30. The facility itself is fine I guess, we’ve never had any issues, but fair warning to those who are planning to use this facility long-term - be prepared, random price increases are coming.
