Amazing professionalism
Did my tour yesterday and witnessed nothing but professionalism. Although an employee there was dealing with a very rude, loud,and toxic coustomer she remained calm and professional the whole time. My tour went great. I will definitely be renting.

I called and booked my unit on-line in about 15 minutes. I then went in to the storage office and was greeted by Tina. She already had all my info from the initial call. Then she walked me through the facility, and upon my request, graciously assisted me by showing me a larger unit, which better fit my needs. We went back to the office, where I finalized my rental agreement. The whole process was completed in about 15 minutes. Fast and easy!
