I have a great experience using Public Storage since since March 2020.
I started renting a storage space with Public Storage in March 2020 in Raleigh North Carolina. The management teams are very kind and professional. I was provided with all the assistance needed on time. Now, when I needed to rent a storage space in Maryland, I did not hesitate to look for Public Storage. The price is very interesting and I also like the company's policy. The local is secure and clean. I will have no hesitation in recommending anyone this place or company.

DO NOT STORE YOU STUFF HERE!!! THEY HAVE MICE!!!! I had my unit for almost 2 years and removed my items on Monday only to find all my belongings covered in mice feces. I went to the manager on duty and she told me to call and file a claim because I had insurance. I called and filed the claim only to be told that it only covered up to $5000.. I had easily over $20,000 worth of furniture inside my unit. I was disgusted when I found 2 entry holes that the mice were using to get inside my unit. This place has a severe mice infestation. Do not leave your items here if you want to keep your things. I had to throw everything away because it was covered in mice poop or pee. They chewed a hole in my couch and left droppings everywhere!!!!
