We recently completed a major move. We had a lot of stuff to move in a short amount of time. Extra Space off of Solley Road in Glen Burnie was close to our location and I’m so glad! They made our moving process so much easier. We were able to select our unit size and reserve our rate online. We called the store (because I had questions) and completed they everything over the phone. We worked with two people who were both excellent. Donna was my main point of contact. She’s an absolute gem. She went above and beyond in accommodating us. I called her several times with questions, she was always happy to help - even if she had to call me back. We also changed our reservation a couple times which could have been frustrating but she kept a positive and pleasant attitude. She said, ‘I want to make sure you get what you need’.
