I received a call from Zack, the manager at the Prospect Boulevard location, less than 30-minutes after submitting a hold for a storage unit. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly he reached out. Zack was courteous, answered all my questions, and helped me schedule an appointment to view the space. The next morning, I received a confirmation call from Jennifer ("Jenn"), who was equally professional and friendly. She verified my appointment time and provided additional information about the facility. Both Zack and Jenn were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Their excellent customer service made the experience smooth and stress-free.
