The Cubesmart facility on Thomas Johnson drive is great! After placing a hold on a storage spot online, I arrived the next morning to take care of the paperwork. Kendall was perfect and very helpful. She helped to make the process effortless and in about 5 mins I was done with the check in process.

The online reservation process was very smooth, and when I went to the facility to check out my unit for the first time, Tracy stopped what she was doing to walk me up and make sure I found everything okay and knew how the lock worked. She was very welcoming and helpful! The unit was very clean, the hallway is well lit. Seems like a great place to store my stuff!

Chantae Williams (QueenC)Im so upset right now. I purchased a unit on valentines day. I was able use my code that was given to me. A few days later, I went to put more items in my unit. To my surprise, my code didn't work. I called customer service, and was given a temporary code which also didn't work( which is odd). Today I came back to see if it was just a malfunction, and nope. My code did not work, no one was there probably due to the snow. I have already paid up until April and I can't even move the rest of my things in.
