Very close to home
Pretty good nice size good elevators freindly staff.
Great experience
I received all of my information electronically, and my pass code the day of move in. But the great part was, the counter person was the Most professional young man. He had me follow him to the units, made sure I received my information and instructions on getting into the facility. His tone was so comforting and professional. He really left a positive and lasting impression.
They hike prices quickly so have to switch units too often.
Just like the cable company you have to always be switching to keep inexpensive pricing.
No Complaints So Far
Needed new storage facility as old one was hard to access and too expensive. This new facility already seems like a step in the right direction. So far, the customer service has been quite satisfactory and respectful. I got a good deal on a unit that meets my needs, and I can easily gain access as needed. Very happy so far.
nice location- easy contract
NO thrilled with have to get out of my vehicle to enter/leaving the gated community. Also the open ceiling make me wonder about the security of my items.

You were literal sunshine during the obnoxious cold-spell that hit Maryland (during my move weekend... whew!). This was a time-pressure 'everything needs to run on time' experience for me personally, and you made the account set-up easy and seamless, and you went above and beyond to ensure that everything was set up right, the first time, and that I got everything I needed. Thank you! Shamal, thank you to you, too, for your assistance the day I needed your help. There's nothing like working with kind, professional, accountable, reasonable folks - and between Katie and Shamal, I was well-taken care of. The facilities are clean, well-kept, and managed well by staff onsite. They ensure things are running smoothly. Thank you! Also, side note, given the winter storm that hit the area a couple days before I made the move (a storm that made the area impassible from all the of the snow but also because mother nature doubled-down with the thick ice everywhere). Given those circumstances, this PS location did a commendable job making sure that the facilities were safely accessible. Managing the ice was a bugger during this time, and I was pleased to find I was able to move easily sans any environmental issues. Thank you! 5-star, all-around
