Let’s ReviewWell. Let’s start with the first month free promotion. Fees equal the exact first month’s rent. My unit has a blown lightbulb upon first entry. I was told if I bring a bulb, like I own the property, that they would put it in. I was given a 9 digit gate code, told that it was too long and they would assign me a shorty one. Guess what? Weeks later I checked my account no update however someone else’s name and contact information came up in my account. Oh a few days after getting the unit, I received a past due notification. Well now, my gate code was finally updated….. it’s 10 digits. You can’t make this up. They advertise 24 hour access. Now i’m told it’s for business accounts and an additional $30. Oh and the doors to the units have no locks. Super secure

Eugene DouglasI originally set up a unit at the 3220 Wilkens Ave address which was the wrong address. I went into the 3500 Wilkens Ave location and Spoke with John. He walked me thru setting up a unit at the same location that I wanted to be at. The switch was a smooth process. Thanks again to Jonh for your help.
