What can I say… the facility has no locks on external doors. Once you’re in the gates, you’re in. So I warn customers invest in your own good locks for your unit. My unit had no working lightbulb upon moving in, the manager said if I wanted to bring one in that they would install it for me. The unit wasn’t swept before I moved in but no big deal. I was given a 6-7 digit gate code and was told that it shouldn’t be that long like I picked that unnecessarily long number. They were going to issue me another number and text. That never happened. About a month or so later I was able to change it myself. A few times when I logged on to my account allllll of someone else’s information including name, address and number showed up. I have also received notification that my unit was past due. It had not been late, of course I had to urgently call to discuss their mistake as I didn’t want them to cut a $40 lock in error. Now this is the icing, the free first month has fees that make you pay the exact monthly rate. Also having the unit 2 months and never actually fully moving in. They doubled the rate. Wayyyy cheaper than better known storage companies. But the others give more value and security.

I have been using Prime for about 4mos....yes the office is clean,the online process is smooth...you pick your unit ,price..then when you get there its available to you,..its very spacious,you can drive up to it,..I haven't seen no rats...just spiders here and there,however the free month is a little tricky because of all the other additional charges it seems as if your paying the free month...also the prices keep going up..your unit is one price plus additional fees then it goes up anytime out of nowhere....JUST MAKE SURE TO PAY YOUR BILL ON TIME..that being said...I WAS HAVING A DIFFICULT TIME TRYING TO GET MY BILL CORRECTED..I RECEIVED 1 BILL AMOUNT WHEN I CHECKED IT..DUE ON A CERTAIN DAY....SO I WENT TO PAY THAT DAY,IT WAS AN ISSUE,my other bill had added so now they could not take the amount I had,I either had to pay75% of the whole balance or pay a lessor amount,vacate in 72hrs....,I have absolutely no where to take my belongings hence why I need a storage.. STRUGGLING MOMENT...I was calling because I received a bill and due date,that's what I was going off of....I spoke with C.S and was told someone from the office would contact me...finally someone did contact me,I was told they had to talk to G.M. and I would hear back by end of business day...I do not know what happened or why I did not receive a call back....so I went to the office ,it was open but no one was in there...I called explained my issue yet again,was told the general manager is ready to call me in 5mins...I waited 30mins still no one at office or no call....so I called back..explained my issue again...this time the person said "you said your outside now"? I'm about to let you in....From the moment JOHNATHAN opened that door he was very welcoming,polite.. very professional his work ethnic IS impeccable...you can tell he loves or at the least likes his job,working with his customers....NOT ONLY WAS HE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN A STRESSFUL SITUATION.....HE WAS MANAGING 2 STORES ALONE...I showed him my issue,he analyzed the situation straight got it together for me...To JOHNATHAN it may have been just another day at work but he truly helped me more than he knows...this one less stressor on my plate....THANK JOHNATHAN AGAIN INDEED I DO.....I APPRECIATE HIM....HIM TAKING HIS TIME TO TRULY HELP ME RESOLVE MY ISSUE THAT DAY....REMARKABLE GUY!!!!1000000000000000000%

Sharonda was a multi tasking queen! She was helping with auctions, helping with the gate because the system was down, answering phone calls and helping me get in to a new storage unit. She was running all over the place, making sure everyone was getting great customer service. Manny was also nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend storing your belongings here.
