Great place and customer service is amazing! Although new management has recently taken over the facility, they have been very professional and accommodating. Hi Everyone, This will be my second review. I’m doing a second review because if it wasn’t for the amazing staff, this month(November, 2020 was going to be my last month here because I don’t need the space anymore. Christine has been beyond helpful. She’s always smiling whenever I see her. She has always greeted me at the front gate when I drive in. Hope is also been so helpful and very professional. She has always shown me respect and offer the best customer service ever. It’s funny but I really look forward to coming to see them oh I mean coming to my storage. I have referred a friend mind who’s now part of the Life storage family just like me. All because of these amazing staff. Also met Taylor who has been very nice and professional. The place is always clean and it’s one of the reasons why I keep my storage. I only have one concern and that concert is the over flow of the dumpster. Large debris are left in the dumpster area for months at a time. Wish they could take care of that issue. Other than, the place is great, the staff are A+ and I’m going to be here for awhile.

This location contacted us regarding a reservation we had, a person by the name of Brenda, who identified herself as the property manager during a recent telephone conversation. Throughout the call, Brenda repeatedly interrupted us and spoke over our attempts to gather information. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable for someone in a leadership position. It is both upsetting and troubling to encounter such discourtesy from a representative of your company, especially as we were engaging as potential clients. The role of a manager is to support customers and resolve issues respectfully, not to belittle or dismiss them. Regrettably, Brenda’s demeanor was completely out of line with these professional standards. Due to this experience, we intend to escalate our concerns to the corporate office and plan to submit a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau. We expect your organization to take this matter seriously and implement appropriate measures to prevent such service from occurring again.
