Greatest Storage Facility
Great facility! I have worked with CubeSmart before and enjoyed their professionalism. The ONLY thing I would nitpick is that I wish it was open longer hours. The staff person is GREAT!

CubeSmart Self Storage – Downtown Baltimore I came in to do a TV installation and the customer service was top-tier. Erica and Heather were amazing — they didn’t just point me in the right direction, they made the whole process easy. They were helping customers, giving directions, and keeping things moving like true self-starters. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Smooth experience from start to finish. Definitely a 5-star team.

I came to help my grandfather over the weekend clear up his storage locker. They made it so easy for us to clear out and downgrade to a smaller unit. Everything can be done online, and they are fast to pick up the phone in case of additional questions. Easy access and move-in instructions. The welcome bag with the lock and instructions adds a nice touch. The storage units are clean and easy to find. I only used the unit for a month, but paid for the next month by mistake - CubeSmart reached out and returned my money.
