Beware……..I had an inside air conditioned unit that had water seeping through the back wall lower corner from outside, which caused water damage and mold growth on several of my boxes over the course of my short 3 month rental. This was not detected until the moving company came to pick up all of my things for a cross-country move. Due to the mold, they were unable to take these boxes which left me in a horrible situation and with damaged goods. Use caution storing your things here, especially if any of your walls are external walls, and be sure to check your items thoroughly and regularly while utilizing this facility.

Shale HStay away!!! Elevators are not working and the stairwell is locked so I can’t even access my storage unit. Of course there’s no manager on site. Just an 800 number to call and they can’t do anything about it. This place also ripped you off by raising your rates by 50% within a couple months of moving in.
