Absolutely the best storage facility I’ve ever used. I’ve rented from several places across Harford County, and Hardy’s is hands down my favorite. Not only for the basic necessities but most importantly because of the staff. Every staff member I encountered was professional, attentive, considerate and just awesome! - Thank you, guys! Lastly, Great communication, convenient and very accessible location, and truly wonderful management. I especially appreciated the clear email communication and the flexible payment options— pay online manually ahead of the new month or sign up for auto pay, etc. and the cancellation process was SUPER simple. If I ever need storage rentals again (if I’m local), I’ll DEFINITELY be choosing Hardy’s in Aberdeen. Thank you all for being great!

Mary went above and beyond to help me find the perfect solution at the Riverside location. From the moment I first rented the unit to the moment I left, she made sure I was completely taken care of. When I arrived at the Riverside location, the outstanding service continued. Joe worked with me every step of the way to ensure I had everything I needed to get my unit set up and move in quickly. He even went out of his way to secure the free moving truck the company offers. After a significant snowstorm, he took the extra time to make sure the truck was safe, cleared, and ready to go so my move wouldn’t be delayed. I can’t thank the entire team at Hardy’s enough.
