Nolan MoonI rented a unit yesterday at Prime storage on 100 Enterprise Ave in Scarborough, Maine, and I got to work with Anna, She was INCREDIBLY helpful and knowledgeable, I've rented at other storage facilities before, and this is the best experience I've had so far! I originally rented a 10x20, and when I went to open it up I realized that it was way too big for what I needed. And I was able to switch my unit to a 10x10 which was absolutely perfect. I'm thankful that I chose Prime storage to keep my belongings! Definitely recommend! I even paid a month ahead on the 10x20, and she was able to move that money into the smaller unit without having to refund me or anything. It was an incredibly easy experience. Definitely go see Anna for any of your storage needs!
