We moved last minute and I needed a place to store my things while I look for a new apartment. Storage Sense online was extremely easy to navigate and rent a unit without ever needing to speak to an associate. Although the gate code given online wasn't working so I did have to call and get a new one but the girl that answered was very helpful. 10 outta 10

I filled out all the required information online, paid to use a unit, and was assigned a unit number. I showed up with a U-haul to find that there was a lock on the unit. It took almost 2 hours of going back and forth on the phone to get someone who could help. Someone from a different location was able to assign a different unit number to me. I never did receive any kind of call explaining what happened. The units are okay. They are pretty clean and well-kept. There are no issues other than my experience with customer service.

Beth RenardI would give 0 stars. I would not recommend usingthis business. We have been on auto draft since April and have had our storage unit locked on 3 separate occasions (that we are aware of) even though the bill was paid. We currently went in to switch cards on files and ask the manager Kerissa if she could fix this to prevent our unit from being locked again. She was extremely rude to us and did not attempt to fix the problem then proceed to tell us we could just get our stuff out. A few months ago we called trying to see why it was locked again( they had already withdrawn the money from account) and the employee told us that it was raining so she didn't unlock it after she had seen the auto draft go through. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
Susan JaniesNice office personnel. Good clean place to store your things. Very disappointed that my rent went up again after being a loyal customer for many, many years. I found out new renters were getting great move on specials for 2-4 months and then paying a whole lot less than what I was paying especially as my rent went up. I understand move in specials but don’t understand loyal customers rent being raised a great deal more than new customers. This shouldn’t happen at loyal customer expense. 🤷♀️
