Mrs Lisa is absolutely wonderful! However the actual storage unit location at the old mall seems to not be worth the price. There a plenty of other places in Slidell. Also I noticed spiders. In one of the units that I toured there was a dead rat with ants and roaches. On a good note the pest control guy was there. Pest control guy said the rat was most likely because of the rain. There were also missing ceiling tiles in a few places. Mrs Lisa is absolutely amazing though and bathroom was very clean. Attached are pictures of a 5x11 unit and a 10x10. I do not have a picture of the 5x5 unit that had the rat. Mrs Lisa is the only reason that this review is a 3 star and not a 1.
Jay Brewer, JrBoth employees I talked to were very friendly and helpful, especially Lisa (tStore Manager). I rented online without even seeing a unit and she was ready for me when I arrived. The unit was clean and I like using the app for entry to the facility. This rating would be a 5 Star but the unit measured smaller than I expected; however, Lisa made suitable arrangements. Would absolutely use again. LJB
