I had an absolutely fantastic experience at The Storage Center in Kenner, and the reason is the exceptional customer service provided by David and Andy. From the moment I walked in, their warm smiles and inviting demeanor made me feel right at home. Throughout our interaction, they exhibited remarkable kindness and patience, eagerly addressing all my questions and concerns about the various storage options available. It was evident that they genuinely cared about my needs, as they took the time to listen and ensured I never felt rushed. Their thoughtful approach made me feel truly valued, as if I were a cherished member of a family rather than just another customer. I wholeheartedly recommend David and Andy to anyone in search of storage solutions. Their level of service is not just good—it's outstanding, and I left feeling confident that my belongings would be well cared for!

WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE HAD AT A STORAGE FACILITY IN MY LIFE! I AM STILL TRYING TO GET THE MONEY I WAS OVERCHARGED BACK BUT I CAN NEVER GET ANY ONE TO HELP ME!! I’VE BEEN LIED TO, DISMISSED, AND RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL BE REMOVING MY BELONGING AT FIRST AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITY!! THAT IS IF THE ELEVATORS WORK, WHICH HALF THE TIME IS A LEGITIMATE CONCERN. TOO MUCH TO GET INTO, BUT SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE. GO ELSEWHERE

David is helpful, nice and somehow makes dealing with storage way less stressful. He’s quick to solve any issue, and honestly if every place had a David, customer service would be undefeated. Also he knows the storage layout so well I’m convinced he lives there part time. Great guy, great service

Best experience I’ve received from staff at any storage facility I’ve rented from. I believe their names were David and Andy who were working. They took their time to walk me through the facility, show me around and I was satisfied with how clean the place was. Highly recommend this building to anyone

The guys at the front were nice enough initially; but that soon changed. I’ve only been a customer since December 1st; 2025 and I can honestly say this has been THE WORST STORAGE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! Prior to moving back to the area I was in Florida and had two storage units at Cube Smart there. I went with this place because they were closest to me, and having a “special” at the time, which I never even received because I’ve been OVERCHARGED MULTIPLE TIMES, and I’ve called to resolve this and other issues, with no one ever doing anything to help me or resolve them! Dave, the “manager” was supposed to meet me at the office on two separate occasions— knowing full well he was OFF on both of those days— so I wasted two trips to the office!! His sidekick had no idea what was going on, even though I clearly showed him my bank app which evidenced the MULTIPLE CHARGES TO BOTH OF MY MY UNITS, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO AGREED, but all he could say was “The computer doesn’t make mistakes”! Excuse me?!? People lie, and make mistakes all the time! Which is clearly what happened here because I have the evidence to prove it! I’m not finished with this, because someone needs to recompense me for the overcharges and erroneous late fees, but meanwhile I’m looking to move from here asap and I suggest you look elsewhere! If that’s not bad enough, the elevator doesn’t work half the time and I thought I was stuck a couple of times, so if that’s a phobia of yours- again, not worth it!! All I’ve had since choosing this storage company is headaches.
