I was so nervous when I called and I think he could hear how nervous I was and he took over and took great care of me!! Maria Scalia5 stars PLUS! I highly recommend this storage company. They are friendly and gracious. Early on I was late with a payment because I was expecting a notification. They were kind enough to waive the late fee. Right now, I am in a time crunch to vacate the storage unit. They allow a 2 day grace period before charging for the month. If I have need for storage again in the future, I will definitely use them again.
