I initially chose this location specifically because it was a great deal, and I'm so glad I did. The person who runs this location, James, has met me with such humanity and understanding. He's helped to keep my price affordable, and helped me to understand any payment issues or concerns. He has also called just to check and make sure I'm a satisfied customer. This is easily the best storage unit experience I've ever had. I would recommend this location to any of my friends, specifically because of James!

This place is wonderful! It saved me from having to just throw away my stuff to a horrible pos storage unit prime storage. Don't ever go there! The process was easy and painless. The maintenance came right over the next day to cut off the lock that was still on my other door 5 minutes after I asked. The manager asked me if I needed anything and my move went smooth. I am very happy with it. They offer 24 hour access for us night shifters and have a bathroom. Which is important to the ppl who have kidney issues.

We are a nonprofit and used this storage facility to store medical equipment we donate. They raised our rates 50% within a few months. Impossible to get ahold of. Management is never on site. Recommend avoiding. When we moved out due to the rate increase, all our items were covered in fire prevention material that is falling from the ceiling.

INSULATION FALLING IN ALL UNITS We noticed insulation had started falling on our belongings. We put in a complaint and was called by the manager the next day, we were told “all I can do is give you some painters plastic to put on your stuff” we asked for a different unit and he said this was happening in every unit. This is absolutely disgusting and they put no effort into fixing it! There’s plenty of storage facilities in the area, I highly recommend you find a different one.

I've don't have anything but good compliments to give about this place. Opening up to 24 hours recently really helps me tremendously as I am a third shifter and life long night owl. My last storage place (shame on you Prime Storage on Mall Rd!) made me feel like a criminal just for being there 5 minutes after 10:00pm when they closed. So the departure from that here feels very welcoming knowing the gate always opens no matter the time. The fact that there's a clean restroom in good working order and is always stocked and smelling nice says everything about the place in my opinion. There is (I assume manager) named James who is very helpful and friendly. I've seen him consistently making the rounds checking to make sure everything is in good order. It's people like him and these good practices that have earned Public Storage my loyalty as a happy customer for as long as I need storage. I highly recommend them if you want a clean, private, and secure storage facility that's open 24\7!
