Affordable and Great Customer Service
I went through SpareFoot to find this facility. They were efficient and very nice (all paperwork done online). Then I connected with facility via phone call and Heidi helped me some more. If I am 69 yo and I can do this, so can you! They explained everything thoroughly! And, you can’t beat their prices!
Took me forever to find the office
The lady in the office was very nice, but she isnt from Bowling Green so it took her forever to tell us how to get there,

Storage company is bad , my stuff was stolen from my unit I was informed when I got the unit that there were cameras. When my stuff was stolen the manager told me there was nothing they could do and that where my unit is there are no cameras there. She was to review cameras of hallways to see who came and called me back. I had to call her, please don’t waste your time or money with these companies they are trash and they don’t value their customers.
