Good payout
I hope the payout is what it’s says
over charged
i got charged $20 for a lock. i brought my own, showed them and they said i wasn’t charged for it. i was charged 19.99 for a lock i didn’t want or need.

The were very polite, clean, easy to reach, and solve any problems. Would recommend to a friend. Affordable prices, month to month lease, and insurance is also not too much so you’re covered if there’s any damage. Easy digital access if you use the app.

Jeremy KraftI’m filling out this review at the request of a text message I received from Extra Storage Space. My quick review: not happy but it is what it is. My starting price was an acceptable $122 per month. Fast forward to today and it has increased 82% to $222 a month. I did not receive anything more for the price increase either - the unit did not increase in size, the facility did not become more secure, etc. The good attributes are my belongings are safe, dry, and remain in the same condition as when I left them in the storage unit. I don’t know that I would recommend this facility or company, but in my case with limited options for storage - it works.
