Nicest facility I've ever seen
First, it was very easy to rent my space online. SUPER EASY. Second, I had a question to clarify my move in and it was answered over the phone clearly and concisely. Third, the manager was knowledgeable and friendly. Fourth, this place was very clean. I was very impressed with it, Fifth, it was the very best price anywhere in Michiana. Trust me, I priced all of them! Don't hesitate to rent your space here. Totally a great experience all around.

Chris(the store manager) and Palmer(the assistant store manager) and both wonderful! They are very friendly and helpful! They made me feel very welcome and appreciated! We chose the 10×16 storage unit in the climate controlled building. They made sure I knew how to access the unit even if it was after office hours. Having access to the facility from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. works very well with my schedule. All in all, it has been a great experience and I look forward to the next 6 months!

The units are clean, secure and well maintained. I spoke to Michelle and Palmer (unsure on spelling) and both were incredibly helpful, professional and kind. All that and the prices are better than most. Highly recommend!
Heidi McGillExtra Space Storage is great! Their website was easy to use, the lease signing process was smooth, and they were very helpful when we first went in to see the unit. Palmer was knowledgeable and friendly! On top of that, the facility is well maintained and very clean, so I trust that my items will be safe from the elements and critters.
L.A.D.APalmer the worst, she doesn’t have any understanding nor respect it’s ridiculous. If it wasn’t for the Chris I would’ve been found another storage company. My unit price went up $21 dollars after 4 months of me renting, Palmer told me that’s nothing… excuse me? I’m already paying $133 but that’s beside the point. Speaking to customers like this is wrong. This company has a person like this representing them is outrageous in my opinion.
TimThe online tool allowed me to identify the open storage units so I could pick the one that worked for me. Also- this store has 2 entrances which saves me time because I am coming in from the north. The attendant was super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this storage facility.
