So far I have experienced no issues, my storage space is just what I needed. I just didn't realize how much stuff I had in my house that required a storage place for 6 months. I do have one bad note, there is hardly ever anyone in the office to answer questions if you have any. But other than that loving my unit. Thanks!

Phillip StrimbuNot happy with my experience here. I’ve been renting with you guys for exactly one year and my storage rate has been increased 3 times! I started off paying like 130$ then it went up to 175$ then it went up to 220$ and now I got a letter in the mail saying it’s 250$!! That’s absolutely crazy yall are going to charge me almost double what I was paying only 1 year ago. Definitely don’t recommend renting here if you’re on a budget… now I have to try and find another option which sucks because I really liked this place UPDATE: Jeff an employee there was able to help and stop the rate increase to keep it the same. Thank you to the employee who helped me out! I’ll be giving 4 stars

Doreen MeeksOur reserved unit was ready for us when we arrived to move in last May. The provided carts make moving items quick & easy. Several months later we again made use of the carts to move out. The gated storage buildings are clean, well lit & safe, and the staff courteous and attentive. When my daughter wraps her her spring semester, we’ll be back to store her things for summer.
