Jacob CareyGiving a 1 star as after a year, they will just increase your rental rate significantly, causing you to potentially negotiate. Plus they will only send you a paper letter instead of emailing of the notice (which they had an incorrect physical address from me so I never received the notice). My rate went from $86 to $150, then when I called for a lower rate, still would have been $110-$115. If you can find a better option for a storage facility, I would definitely recommend any where other than here. Moving to a new storage unit with a cheaper rate and larger unit.
