I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t find weather you supplied the lock or we did on website and was unable to reach anyone on phone. Phone system was on the fritz.

Nice facility overall. But after 3 months they increased my monthly rate by $20 on a $40/month unit. If they'd increased it by $5, whatever. But they got greedy, so they're losing a customer come March. I'll go to one of the other storage facilities within 3 blocks. If not for the crappy business practice, I'd have given at least a 4-star review.

Stacy SaltsgaverI did everything by law by paying my storage unit down so I didn't go to auction and I have prevent and then my new bill generated so they tried that against me however if there's anybody out there that had bought unit C239 please have a heart and decency to hand me my stuff back I also had rats and poop in my unit thsts wasn't taken care of
