We are Satisfied with the space given to us. The space was Clean and tidy. We got Friendly online support. The facility is Easy to access. Had to shovel snow from the front of the unit.

I had the absolute best experience while urgently moving into my storage unit. I couldn’t figure out how to access the electronic gate, however Carrington saved the day. He was very kind, polite, and knowledgeable about any questions I had. 10/10 recommend :)
Good experience til got burglarized. Low key, out the way but make sure you double lock your door if you have to rent. I will say the property manager is a good guy! Real gentleman. Took care of me when incident happened and did best to point me in right direction to get claim handled asap! Much appreciate the good customer service!
BEWARE of this UNSECURE storage!!! This place is HORRIBLE! Our RV was vandalized and broken into REPEATEDLY at this place! Our personal belongings were strewn about the parking lot, the glass was broken out of it and laying all over and NO ONE notified us! When we we came and contacted them about it, they said "call your insurance" when we asked over and over for footage from the cameras, they said nope, call the police ... When calling the police resulted in IMPD telling us flat out that " they do not and will not cooperate with any attempts from law enforcement to mitigate the constant reports of vandalism and theft" they raised our rent with no notice, stating after asked why that "it's in your contract that we have the right to raise fees" !!!! Know what else is in and all around that contract?? "SECURE STORAGE" !!!!! there is NEVER an attendant, there's is a kiosk in the hut outside that SOMETIMES will be connected to a remote agent. They rented is an unavailable space, so being as we had paid a transport company to move our RV to this location, we had them park it in the next space over.. That resulted in SEVERAL WEEKS of them having is chase around to SEVERAL different unattended public storage locations so that could rewrite the contract for the space we parked in... That charade was a HUGE waste of time, gas, and patience all because they had contracted us an already occupied space number, which we signed online .. now, to get THEIR paperwork right, after THEIR mistakes, WE had to drive, as I said, to SEVERAL DIFFERENT unattended P.S. locations to supposedly meet with someone who wasn't there to sign a new contract .. like why couldn't they email the new contract like they emailed the first one??? Upon the discovery of our 5th wheel being broken into a THIRD time, with SIGNIFICANT damage and theft, we stayed on site until transport came to pull out our RV ... The same business that allowed our RV to sit there for untold time with a VERY OBVIOUSLY jimmied door, busted glass surrounding it, and our personal property (big blankets, laundry baskets, appliances ,etc ) all laying in the roadway, and never once contacted us to say "hey, looks like all your belongings are strewn about our lot, your RV is OBVIOUSLY all busted up and vandalized" texted us a move out receipt within 20 minutes of is pulling away and we never notified ANYONE that we were pulling out... We still have over 2WEEKS left of PAID time on that space and they closed it out??? HORRIBLE
They called the cops on us all 3 times we have been there. Gates lock at 9 but we live over 2 hours away and have 3 kids so can't usually get there until about 8. Takes us 2-3 hrs to load/unload. Even though we are right in front of the cameras and they are watching and knowing we are not doing anything wrong they call the cops on us! Last time we showed up with customers that were there to buy some stuff and had to sit and wait on us to figure out why our lock had been changed and what the new code was. Didn't look good on us and we still haven't received a text or email telling us why.
We appreciate the customer service that Mr. Carrington has provided. Very patient and great communication. Keep up the great work!
