Great space, location and staff. Was a bit confused on how to locate. While in lobby area an awesome employee by the name of Julia assisted me in finding unit and explaining basics of renting with Public Storage. Prices are competitive and hours are good(Although I would recommend 24 hour acces). Great place overall.

Julie (I believe her name may have been Julia…sorry if I have it wrong) at Public Storage has been absolutely amazing. She is incredibly kind, personable, and easy to work with. She made the entire process simple and stress-free, explained everything clearly, and was always communicative and helpful. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had….she truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend working with her!

Disappointed by Price Hikes and Poor Service We’ve had to rent two units at Public Storage because one wasn’t large enough to hold everything from our 4-bedroom home. What started at $80/month has now jumped to $130—twice in just six months. That kind of increase feels excessive, especially without any improvements in service. Late fees kick in if you don’t pay by the 5th, which is understandable. But what’s frustrating is the lack of communication. I’ve called multiple times before the due date with questions, and no one ever answers. Calls aren’t returned until after the deadline, which feels like a setup for late fees. The facility closes at 9pm, which limits access, and to make matters worse, debris from the neighboring unit keeps ending up on our belongings. It’s messy, unprofessional, and not what we expected when trusting them with our household items.
