Hello INDIANAPOLIS I MUST NOT LET THIS VERY SPECIAL LOCATION THAT HAD A VERY POLITE HELPFUL LADY BY THE NAME OF ANGEL AND I MUST SAY I WAS HAVING A VERY BAD MORNING ON THIS FRIDAY THE 13Th CAME TO THIS PUBLIC STORAGE at 4310 East 62nd Street and I was having YET ANOTHER MAJOR ISSUE ON THIS FRIDAY THE 13Th this time my gate code was not working but once I encountered Ms. Angel I let her know what type of very BAD MORNING I HAD ALREADY ENDURED THEN SHE ASSURED ME SIR IM HERE TO HELP YOU NOW TO MAKE AT LEAST THIS PROCESS NOT STRESS YOU OUT ANY MORE AND YET SHE DID I WAS ABLE TO GET THE REST OF MY SISTERS BELONGINGS OFF THE TRUCK AND WAS STILL ABLE TO BE ON TIME BY 5 MIN EARLY WHEN I WAS TO BE LATE BUT BY THE GRACE OF GOD LETTING ME BE INTRODUCED AND HELPED BY A VERY POLITE UNDERSTANDING LADY I AGAIN THANK YOU SO SO MUCH MS.ANGEL FOR ALL THAT U DID FOR ME THIS FRIDAY THE I can read it from my phone and I’ll read it 13Th MORNING OF 2026.
Cory GubberAmazing experience and service all around. Smooth move in experience with the automated system. When moving out I had left the lock on the empty unit while leaving the state. Don, the manager of a different location went above and beyond to help get the lock off the unit and account closed out. All in all 5 star customer rating! Thank you for the amazing customer service! Would highly recommend for long term or short term satisfaction.
