Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve rented from Public Storage twice and luckily the same manager still resides there. Arizona does an amazing job at problem solving and making sure the customers needs are met.

Whenever I have things I need to put in Storage? I always choose Public Storage! They are conveniently located from where I am. The prices are "Great" too! And Manager Trish?! OMG! She was "Absolutely Wonderful!!!" I live in Indianapolis Indiana & the Public Storage on Lafayette Road is where I usually go. And I truly Thank Trish for all her help! She kept a smile on her face, understood my concerns, & answered all of my questions! Thank You Public Storage!

Let me tell you. This is an awesome place to store your personals. The office lady by the name of Sherri is very polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and very caring. You cant ask for anybody else to be more concerned than the care she gives you when you walk in.
I researched other storage places but this one by far is the best! Customer service sold me! Cassie is fabulous, helpful, knowledge and just overall great! She helped me with my affordable moving supplies and the storage units are very clean, thank you again Miss Cassie! I highly recommend using public storage!!

Ishamel ParkerRat feces and urine everywhere rats are dead inside my unit I have pictures to prove it waiting for the health inspector to call me right now so we can inspect my unit I'm also going to expose this on the news I'm going to the health department along with code enforcement and the building inspector. This is unacceptable no one is returning my call they denied my insurance claim so now I have to spend time cleaning dead rats out of my unit which are decomposing all over my stuff I am a truck driver and I'm only there once a month so the next time I go there I'll be picking up rat bones and fur I took pictures of everything and I'm going to escalate this even higher
