I had an excellent experience at the Public Storage on High School Road, and I want to specifically recognize Jason, the property manager. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. He greeted me with a smile and immediately made the process easy and stress-free. What I really appreciated is that you’re not forced to rely on a kiosk alone Jason was right there, walking me through everything step by step. He was extremely patient, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I understood my options without rushing me. Customer service like this is rare these days. Jason went above and beyond, and his positive attitude made a big difference. 10 out of 10 experience. I highly recommend this Public Storage location specifically because of the outstanding service. If you’re considering storage, this High School Road location is the one.

Andrew ZellerCustomer service is abysmal. I wanted to change location of unit (to another, more expensive Public Storage unit) prior to move-in date and despite reservations being advertised as no commitment until the move-in date, because I had pre-filled the paperwork per their website instructions, they refused a full refund and their outsourced call center service indicated there was no way to escalate the concern other than to set up an in-person meeting. Support a local business instead.

CharisseOnline search brought them up with a $11 fee on a 5x5 so I book once they collect my phone and email a $29 amin fee for them to print the information I entered was applied and a $50 deposit for a lock which is refundable. I hope the land open and eat them. To advertise confusion is a crime and the land will handle it.
