Came to pay my storage bill today and I was greeted very kindly by two gentlemen by the names of Doug-ly... We had a situation to where my storage Bill had increasedI dramatically and I had no understanding of it at all... Needless to say I was very confused in a little irritated but I still held my composure to try and straighten out the situation...Doug-ly we're very professional and they did everything they could possibly do to resolve the situation with a greater understanding...
