It's probably unfair for me to review because I have some of the best deals on my units. The crazy thing is, I don't even work for them. Maybe it's just being a loyal customer. I've been with the company for a couple years and rarely reached any issues. The 2 issues I faced were raising rent, but soon after I discovered this and called, they immediately responded and worked with me. The key word in that sentence was "Immediately." Fast and speedy customer service and some of the best prices.

I went to my unit (account current) last week to find my padlock had been removed and a combination lock and zip tie instead.I could not access my own property, but they can? Got lock removed, installed another that I purchased. Today I discovered THAT lock had been cut off and thrown into the unit, leaving it unsecured. No correspondence prior to this. Rates have also increased from $27 a month to 74 for a 5×10. I have rented here for around 10 years. No issue until now. I've sent emails and made calls, with no response.
