The service was great and process very easy with regards to covid -19 restrictions! Receptionist was very welcoming and insightful at the Hammond Calumet Ave. Facility! She told me she was filling in she usually works at the Hobart Facility! The fact being it felt like Id done this before and experience was so welcoming I didnt even ask for her name because I felt like I already knew it!

The reviews have to be fake or the company deletes the bad ones. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Firstly, it’s the most expensive storage place in the region. You would think for what you pay that it would be great. It’s not. We pay $200 for an 8x10 unit. I went to check on my stuff and all the bags inside are soaking wet. My clothes and collectibles are all molded and wet! Also, when it snows they do not plow or ice the roadways. Very dangerous. For $200!!!!! I want to be safe and I don’t want all my stuff ruined!! Moving to another location asap and hopefully insurance will help cover all my valuables that got ruined.
Cryo ManKatrina is very personable. Never has a bad attitude. Very efficient and effective. I been trying to poach her away from public storage for over a year. My regional manager is willing to even give her a few extra $$$$$ to help poach her away. To find great attitudes and experience in the customer service industry is very rare. I'm not going to give up til she come on board with us. We need a new talent manager at my job and i know she will be a perfect fit. She's always laughing when I tell her come on over. Public storage dont take the good workers for granted you guys have a great employee.

Kailoni SkinnerMy experience at public storage has been great. Although I did have a small mishap i ended up parking my RV in the wrong parking space because of the snow covering the parking space numbers. I’m not mad it’s no one’s fault. But I want to give a special thanks to Katrina for helping me every step of the way to resolve the issue. She was very professional and persistent. We talked everyday to get this problem resolved. I was able to stay in the parking space at the same price. She did an excellent job and just know as long as she’s there you will be taken care of. She was helping another person as I was leaving out the door Because he had the wrong gate code. So yes she’s really good! THANK YOU KATRINA !!!!!!
