College closed unexpectedly help us get a solution to our dorm room move.
Clean and Easy to rent online and over the phone.
I expected to have to meet with someone, but the renting is done online and over the phone. Registration was easy and I was assigned a unit. Empty units have no lock, so you use your own lock when you move in. I opted for automatic monthly payments from my credit card. My unit was mostly clean (other than a few leaves on the floor.) The door is a little hard to open, and engaging the bolt took me a little time (the door cannot be hard against the ground for the bolt to slide in - but there is a rubber gasket along the bottom of the door, so it is still sealed from rodents.)

They don't care about you
So I'm pretty freaking annoyed, my stuff was stolen out of our storage unit within the past couple weeks. If anyone is using Attic SelfStorage here in Greencastle, i would check your stuff. Someone used the empty unit beside us to get into ours so having a lock doesn't do anything. This place doesn't care about you and refuse to provide their customers safety. Locks don't do shit, they can get into the siding of your storage unit

Nicholas McCartyMy card expired and my autopayment didn't go through. After 14 days they said they were going to auction off my stuff and would not accept payment. Couldn't get a hold of anyone to accept payment and the phone number in the generated texts was saying 'disconnected" when I called. Website was down for maintenance when I tried to pay online. Now that I have a correct number, the people on the other end have no clue what's happening and can't answer any questions/don't know.
