What a great facility! The units are all like new and the on-site staff is super friendly. Pricing was right and I would definitely recommend this place as a temporary or long term storage solution. Especially for items like our piano that needs climate controlled storage!
Rob AI had a few issues with the storage space and they were personally resolved by Obi, the property manager. In looking at the unit, it was larger than needed for the items in storage. We were able to sign for a new, smaller unit and I completed the move of all my items to the new unit in about 30 minutes. Obi was very pleasant and easy to deal with. The signing of the new unit was really a straight forward transfer., so I was able to use same auto-pay, app sign in, access codes and such. Very happy with everything and my new smaller storage unit.
Nick McLayThis location of public storage is very clean, very well organized. The on-site manager is very nice and tries very hard. Her name is Kristie. She’s pretty much the only reason I’m still there. She is the reason why I gave it five stars. Having said that, public storage corporate? Stop with the constant price increases. All you do is turn, happy loyal customers into ex customers. There’s too many storage places for you to do this. Stop gouging your best customers.
