TonyaIt's very unprofessional unkind and unwilling to work with you. If you ever have an issue where you can't take a payment to them. As I battle a life-threatening disease, they made me feel belittled and as if I were noone. Only care about money and not people. There are other units around. Pick on that won't make you feel bad.
