Easy and convenient booking process
My experience reserving a rental unit here was fantastic! I was able to do the entire process online and it was very simple and easy to understand. Accessing my rental unit using the app was easy and convenient as well! The space was prepared and clean when I arrived.

This is a clean safe place to store anything. It was easy to access and to store all that we needed to. The hours to access and the cost per month is also great! Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m very satisfied with my experience at Public Storage. I recently spoke with Philip regarding some updates on my account, and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. Not only did he take the time to explain everything clearly, but he was also able to help lower my monthly unit charge and save me money. Great customer service like that really makes a difference. I truly appreciate the help and highly recommend this location!
Dan TroyerHave used Public Storage for a little over 1 year. 7x10 started at $65 and my payment for this month went from $90 to $127! New Customers can have the same unit I am renting for $65....pricing structure is unfair to loyal customers. Talked to their customer service line and I asked about moving to a different unit or adjusting my rate and was denied both options. Called the main office 3 times over a 2 week period to talk to manager and never received a call back. Due to lack of communication and continued rate increases, I'll be out within the week.

BryceStored my things inside their “climate controlled” facility. It isn’t climate controlled. They notified me that they were having problems and I’d probably have mold on my belongings. Upon inspecting my things, they did have mold. They did nothing to remedy this or hep in anyway. Oh wait—they say I could use their dumpster to throw stuff away.
