Melinda AtwoodDon’t rent here. I rented a unit online at a certain rate and not even 3 months later they raised the rate by $30 dollars. They sucker you in with a good rate then wham bam it raised.
Daren JamesMy brand new Camper was stolen from the facility in 62 hours because the facility isn't secure. I was told the front gate wasn't working but would be fixed soon. No mention that they just leave the gate open 24 hours a day. I found out after the theft that the gate hasn't worked for 2 months and don't expect it to be fixed for a month. They just drove right in. I was told their security measures are for them, not the renters. No call from anyone other than to accuse me of hitting the truck next to me. Do not use them. Talking with an attorney tomorrow.
