Nice secure place
Happy to have moved our belongings into one of the temperature controlled units. The unit was spotless upon arrival and the requested lock was left in the unit per my request. They did everything they said they would. That doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t happen often these days
It was fast and easy
I did everything in a Sunday. The facility was actually closed but I did the contract and paid and got the unit on a Sunday and was able to get things going and moved in. Katie from the office called to follow up and she was super helpful on the few questions I did have!!!

This is by far the best place in Evansville to get a storage unit- I was there for years and bought a farm with a barn so I did not need a storage unit. Now I am in the process of selling my barn and need a unit again. The front desk lady was amazing fast efficient and makes it the place to rent. I will be there for life !!! As long as she is there . Once again I needed help and who came up with the solution- KELSEY MALOY she is always there and very very helpful. THANK YOU KELSEY
Greg HuntI feel very fortunate to have found an enclosed storage for my 40' Class A Motorhome. This is a top notch facility. I only ask you would offer Senior or Veteran discount. The Staff is friendly, professional and proficient.
Mindy JoI would give this storage facility 5 stars if there was a 24/7 restroom available for tenants and a locking dumpster for tenants to use for a small monthly key fee. Additionally, $11 extra fee to process cards for online pay seems a bit extreme. I am sure my company could help you lower those fees for all tenants across the board. Reach out if interested? Kelsey is an awesome Mgr she deserves a raise! If you need a nice place to keep your things safe, rent a place here!
Mike ScullyWe have been using star lock to store our motorhome and about 2 years ago we had one of their enclosed spaces. Minor issues regarding cleanliness of the space. They have pigeons roosting which is understandable but the droppings and the feathers all seem to be like the potential health hazard if you breathe them in. I realize it's impossible to keep a clean every day but these haven't been touched for quite some time. It is a common I've heard from other users of the area. Otherwise no complaints
