Treachery
I rented a small unit that was on the internet for $27 a month when I called and they called me back to get payment it come out to $88 after it's all done and said get to the unit it was padlocked customer service told the only thing available was inside the facility for $11 more which of course they charged me because I was standing out there with all my things during a move. I went ahead and paid it moved into my unit the new unit that they've given me been there now a week and noticed that the padlock is still on the unit they give me the first time so that leads me to believe there was treachery involved and they knew they was going to tax me more money on the end...

The nightmares that I have heard about this place, and the poor management and scheduling that I encountered with my boyfriend on Saturday have made sure that I will steer clear of this business. My boyfriend rented a unit a few days prior to trying to enter the storage space, and when we all arrived to begin storing items, our storage unit was locked... with someone else's stuff inside of it! We had to call the number for the entire business many times to attempt to rectify the situation. They told us to get out own bolt cutters to take off the lock - not even bothering to attempt to contact the local manager. When we found that there was someone else's stuff inside, they had no solution besides giving him a refund and saying "sorry!" Despite there being at least 5 other unlocked and empty storage units in the building. If you're in a time crunch and really need to store your items, your best off trying literally anywhere else. Apologies to the poor people who had to answer our hectic phone calls, because it should have been the local manager addressing our concerns, but I guess they couldn't be bothered.
patricia vintnerSo far it's been great. Customer service is great. Access was easy. I haven't moved out yet, but I received a great promo price for a month. Only negative is that the ceiling of unit is wire fencing that could be cut into easily. I'm sure they have good cameras, but if someone got out with it then you still could lose your things even if it's covered. Otherwise it's a great storage unit.
