This was the most exceptional experience I've had with a storage company. Throughout the several years I've rented from various companies, the representative who assisted me was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, forthright, kind, understanding, and presented herself in a professional manner; she helped me select the ideal storage unit for the volume of items I had, and notably, advised that the initially chosen unit was larger than necessary, resulting in a reduction of over $100 in my storage bill, for which I am truly grateful and highly recommend their services.

Jama ParkerAbsolutely would not recommend this place, my son has a unit and the old owner started out charging him $55 and since its been raised 3 times and now it's $122. In his contract he signed stated he had 30 days grace period to pay, he never signed a new contract and he was aware of the new rules and guidelines now it's been 9 days and he's restricted and can't get into his unit. He wasn't informed of any of these changes ahead of time which is ridiculous and certainly not a way to conduct business. THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE SO WE WILL NOW BE SPENDING THE REST OF OUR DAY MOVING THINGS OUT, BRAVO Extra Space Storage 👏

Jarrod StanfordClean facility. The guy on site was friendly and helpful. It is climate controlled so feels great inside. Plenty of space for the price. Also they got some great tunes playing inside so you can jam while moving stuff.
