Easy access to the different units my family had. I was the last one to move out and we had a total of 4 units since 2021 and never had a break in or issues accessing our units and the area around it was always clean. Never felt unsafe when I would go late in the afternoon on my own. No issues. Only reason we had to leave was due to us moving to Dallas & LA but we left our stuff in Anderson for over 2 years without any of us around to check on it and again never had issues with leakage, no rodent issues or anything.

He's got a great sense of humor and an even better attitude. When I told him who I was and I was part of the couple he wanted to marry he laughed, said he remembered, and continued on with saying he still will. We both had a good chuckle. I called him up saying im pretty sure payment went through but I got notification stating my payment didn't, after I set up auto pay at the same time of paying. I told him i saw money was drawn from account and on my Extra Space Storage account it showed as paid but he was still willing to check for me and fix the issue. Definitely a place to rent for your items, best customer care i have ever had.

He was friendly, personable and thorough. Having the kiosk on site there to call to get someone on the phone using just the kiosk was great when I was moving out while my phone happened to die. Very happy with my experience.
