It was very easy to set up a parking spot for my enclosed trailer over the phone. When I arrived, the spot wasn’t suitable and I was immediately helped and rearranged with no problem. They explain everything and ensure you’re getting what you need.

I had rented a smaller storage unit 5x8 or so, and had a swing door. The access to the unit was easy and hours are good for my schedule. The two items that I thought needed improvement for me were the door does not have a sweep or seal so leaves and rain would get in from the bottom. Also, there's a large pothole at the entrance that has been there for a while.

Moved out a month and a half ago. Have called 3 times to tell them. No answer. Left message. No call back. They continue to charge me. Terrible customer service. On the phone with corporate now. Going on 12 minutes being on hold.
