Great facility and customer service
Our second year to rent for summer storage for my daughter's dorm room. They have a great facility and Mel is very helpful in getting everything set up for us.
Secured online at a reasonable price but the charges were double of the price I was quoted online. There were pro-rated charges, environmental fees, insurance, etc that I was not aware of until I was asked to pay. Transparency is important in business, if you continue to transact like this you're going to find customers being upset.

Bai KabbaThis storage facility is truly top notch! Very clean, temperature controlled, easy access until 9pm and the property manager Mel is a great guy. I used this facility for about 5 years and I didn't have a single problem. The one downside is that the price raised over time, but that is to be expected. Other than that I highly recommend using this storage facility in Wheaton. Quick tip, when you sign up they will give you 3 keys and tell you to hide one of them in a safe place, I suggest writing down where you hide that one key or keeping a note on your phone because when it came time to turn in my keys I turned my place upside down trying to remember where I hid one of the keys.

Could not be more pleased with our experience from the very helpful Manager, Mel who walked me through every step and answered every question, to the super clean covered loading area and well lit hallways. The location is perfect for our needs as it is near many business that we frequent so making a drop off or pick up never feels like we're going out of our way. My only regret is that I didn't sign up earlier! Keep up the great work!
